Mr. WILLIAM R. GROTH

Mr. Groth has been a partner in the law firm of Fillenwarth Dennerline Groth & Towe since 1981. He is admitted to the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, and the Sixth, Seventh and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Groth graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis, cum laude, in 1975. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the AFL-CIO Lawyers’ Coordinating Committee. Mr. Groth has frequently lectured at the Annual Labor Relations Seminar sponsored by the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis and Region 25 of the National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Groth’s practice includes representing labor organizations and workers in employment discrimination, wage and overtime, worker’s compensation and Social Security disability claims.

Mr. GEOFFREY S. LOHMAN

Mr. Lohman is an associate in the law firm of Fillenwarth Dennerline Groth & Towe. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lohman was the Director of the Employment Standards Division of the Indiana Department of Labor and a law clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Staton, Judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the Seventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana of the United States District Court. Mr. Lohman is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Lohman graduated from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, summa cum laude. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, where he graduated with High Distinction. Mr. Lohman has prepared materials for and taught at the annual labor relations law seminar sponsored by the IU School of Law – Indianapolis and Region 25 of the National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Lohman represents labor organizations and individuals. He represents individuals in wage and overtime issues, employment discrimination cases, worker’s compensation and Social Security disability matters.

Mr. NEIL E. GATH

Mr. Gath is a partner at Fillenwarth Dennerline Groth and Towe in Indianapolis, Indiana. He possesses a Bachelors of Arts, cum laude from the American University in Washington, D.C. and a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is licensed to practice before state and federal courts in both Ohio and Indiana. He belongs to the Indiana Bar Association, the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, the National Football League Players Association Workers Compensation Attorney Panel and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives. Recent teaching and speaking activities include the National Labor Relations Board Annual Labor-Management Seminar, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the National Football League Players Association Workers Compensation Attorney Panel Meeting and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Sixth District Progress Meeting.

Mr. Gath represents labor organizations in contract negotiations, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, grievances and litigation. He also represents individuals in employment disputes, workers’s compensation cases and Social Security Disability claims.
