                    health and safety information on these chemicals, =
including=20
                    ingredient information and any adverse health =
effects. This=20
                    is the primary means for workers to get information =
on the=20
                    health effects of the chemicals with which they =
work.=20
                    Employers must make these MSDSs accessible to all =
employees=20
                    during each workshift. MSDSs must also be made =
available to=20
                    unions and other designated employee =
representatives.=20

                    chemicals must be labeled with (1) the chemical =

                    and (2) an appropriate hazard warning. The employer =

                    required to label <B>portable containers</B> into =

                    hazardous chemicals are transferred from <B>labeled=20
