LM Reports

Form LM-1a

Filed whenever there have been changes to local union constitution or by-laws during the year.

Form LM-2 or LM-3

LM-2 is filed by locals with annual gross receipts of $100,000 or more. Those with gross receipts less than $100,000 file form LM-3. Must be filed within 90 days after the close of the Local fiscal year (or March if the Local uses the calendar year). Two copies must be filed with the Department of Labor.
