Opening

Use your Employer Identification Number (EIN) for all documents. Bank accounts cannot be opened without one.

Signatories

It is a good idea to have at least three people authorized to exert joint control of securities and accounts. Two signatures are usually required for each check drawn. Exceptions may be made for checks written to an authorized limit, where only one signature is required.

Names of Accounts

Name accounts “Local XXX, Your International” with the EIN.
